The Côtes de Toul white is made from the local Auxerrois grape variety. It has subtle green-gold highlights. Elegant and fruity with a hint of citrus, it is a light wine.
Food pairing: Auxerrois is best served between 8° and 10°C. It is perfect as an aperitif, with seafood, blanquette de veau or foie gras.
Ageing: to be enjoyed within 4-5 years.
