Pinot Noir is a finely tannic and full-bodied wine. It has aromas of red fruits which give it great intensity.
Food pairing : Pinot Noir is best served at 14°C. When young, it is perfect for roasts. Older, it goes wonderfully with stews, game, duck confit or simply fresh pasta.
Ageing : To be enjoyed within 4-5 years. The best vintages can be kept for up to 10 years.
