Right next to the Cathedral, the tasting space of the Maison du Tourisme is an essential step to discover the wines of the Côtes de Toul all year long. Taste a selection of Gris de Toul, Auxerrois and Pinots Noirs of the AOC Côtes de Toul and the winegrowers of the Toulois.

The tasting space is the first of its kind in the Grand Est area with its Enomatic wine serving system, that ensures and optimises tasting conditions. You can also buy all wines available for tasting.

Grey, white, red wines

Gris de Toul
The Gris de Toul is the true icon of the terroir. It is obtained by the immediate pressing of Gamay and Pinot Noir grapes. It has a nice golden pink colour, a fresh, floral and delicate nose, and is tasty and fresh on the palate.

Red wine – Pinot Noir
The Pinot Noir is a slightly tannic and spicy wine. It is a strong wine due to its berries aromas.

White wine – Auxerrois
The white wine of the Côtes de Toul is made of Auxerrois grapes. It has subtil golden green shades. It is a light, elegant and fruity wine with citrus aromas.
